Outreach Community Care Network
The Outreach Community Care Network was originally established in 1985 as a not-for-profit corporation in response to the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) epidemic.
As a community based organization, our mission is to effectively support the physical, emotional, social, and financial needs of people living with and affected by HIV/AIDS and to prevent the incidence of new infection.
Our qualified staff of devoted professionals provide home and community based services
to those living in Volusia and Flagler Counties. We are committed to continuously building community partnerships and educating the public in order to fulfill our mission.
The State of Florida has the largest HIV/AIDS population in the Southeastern U.S. and is third in the nation.
Florida is second in the country with women and pediatric AIDS cases.
The Outreach Community Care Network has professional staff and care givers
who are certified in their areas of care and prevention. In addition to paid staff, our dedicated corps of volunteers give generously of their time, talents and treasures in support of our mission.
Our services are funded through Federal, State and local agencies and foundations as well as private donations.
For information about membership, volunteer opportunities or to make donations, please visit, call, or e-mail us.
